This policy explains, plainly, how Código Claro handles the information that arrives through the course inquiry form. The submission goes only to a processor on the same site: it stores the fields you fill in, the date and time of submission, the page language, the form reference, and the fact that you gave your consent. There is no automatic email sending, no connection to customer management systems, no sale of data, and no transfer of the fields to third parties. There is only one purpose: to let the person responsible read your inquiry and reply to you about the course you are interested in.
Name, email address, phone (optional), course of interest, the free text of your inquiry, and the consent checkbox. The phone number is not mandatory; if you leave it empty, the inquiry is still saved. Consent is not checked by default and is essential: without that box checked, the form is not processed and no record is kept. That permission is independent of the cookie choice and does not enable any advertising use.
The cookie banner stores a single decision, accept or reject, in your browser's local storage. We do not use our own tracking cookies, visit analytics, advertising pixels, or audience measurement. That record remains until you delete it from your browser settings. Rejecting does not block the form, nor does it amount to authorizing the processing of your inquiry data: these are separate decisions. It also does not disable design resources that the page loads from external providers, such as stylesheets or fonts, which may record connection data such as the IP address. Hosting server logs depend on their configuration and are not managed by us here.
The inquiry remains in a closed space that only the person responsible for the site can access. There is no scheduled automatic deletion: removal is carried out by that person when appropriate. That is why it is advisable to write to us if you want your inquiry removed sooner. We do not promise immediate reading or a fixed response time; the record exists so that the request can be handled, not to create commitments we cannot fulfill.
You can request access to what we store about you, its correction if it is outdated or incorrect, its deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also request a copy in a readable format to take to another service. If the site is accessed from Argentina or from regions with data protection regulations such as the European GDPR or the California CCPA, those frameworks recognize equivalent rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection; we handle them through the same channels. To exercise them, write to hello@jpitsllc.net or call +54 351 558-0148, indicating the email address you used to send your inquiry. You can also visit Av. Colón 530, X5000 Córdoba, Argentina.
We store in your browser only whether you accept or reject this notice, in the site's local storage. No visits are recorded and no data is sent to third parties as a result of this decision. You can find more details in the privacy policy.
